NORTHPOINT HOMESCHOOL CLASSES
2020-2021 FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

As the Parent/Guardian of a Northpoint student(s), I understand that I am sharing in a mutually beneficial commitment with Northpoint Homeschool Classes, its administration, teachers and volunteers in the education of my student(s).

I understand these guidelines have been developed to protect my family, the overall program and each of the teachers, administrators and volunteers.

As such, I agree to adhere to my financial obligations and commit to the following:

Program Participation

I understand and agree to the following:

Annual Enrollment Fee of $150.00 per family, per program. This fee is payable to Northpoint at the time of my online application. (Note: There is a separate $150.00 enrollment fee for the Middle School/High School and Elementary/Intermediate programs.)
Annual Enrollment Fees are non-refundable.
Failure to pay the Enrollment Fee will result in Northpoint removing my student(s) from the class rosters.

Tuition

I understand and agree to the following:

As a homeschool parent, it is my responsibility to fully read the details of a class before enrolling my student(s). These details include the course description, prerequisites, teacher information, textbook details, length of course, and cost.
When I enroll my student(s) in a semester class, I am committing to pay for that class for the entire semester. If I enroll my student in a year-long class, I am committing to pay for that class for the entire school year.
Tuition Fees (outlined below), are payable in two equal installments for one-semester classes or four equal installments for year-long classes.
Supply/Lab Fees (vary by class), are payable in full as part of the first tuition installment.
Once tuition and applicable supply/lab or textbook fees have been paid they are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Late Fees of $25.00 per class, PER WEEK are payable if a tuition payment is not received on or before the stated due date. These late fees will accrue per week until payment is made in full.
If tuition and any accrued late fees are not paid in full after two weeks past the stated due date, my student(s) will be disallowed from attending class(es) until all fees are paid in full. Repeated late payments may result in permanent discontinuation of enrollment.
Returned Check Fee of $35.00 (per check) is payable to Northpoint in the event of a returned check.
Early Termination Fee is payable to Northpoint if a student withdraws from a class (after the first two (2) weeks of that class). One hour and one and one-half hour classes require an $80.00 fee and AM or PM blocks (Kindergarten - 3rd grade) require a $120.00 fee.

Administrative/Technology

I understand and agree to the following:

Administrative/Technology Fee of $400.00 per year, per student is payable in four (4) equal installments of $100.00 per student.
Facility Fee of $100.00 per family is payable to Northpoint at the time the first quarter fees are due.
Late Fee of $10.00 per student, PER WEEK is payable to Northpoint if the administrative fee is not received on or before the stated due date. These late fees will accrue per week until payment is made in full.
RETURNED CHECK FEE of $35.00 is payable to Northpoint.
Administrative fees, facility fees and study hall fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Non-Payment

I understand and agree to the following:

Late Payments. I understand it is my responsibility to notify the Northpoint Administrator at least two (2) weeks in advance of potential non-payment.
Late Fees. I am responsible for paying applicable late fees if a tuition payment or administrative fee is not received on or before the stated due date.
Revoked Enrollment. In the event of a non-payment, Northpoint may disallow my student(s) from attending class(es) until all fees, including accrued late fees, are paid in full.

Note: Enrollment Fees, Tuition, Administrative Fees, Facility Fees and Supply/Lab Fees are all non-refundable and non-transferrable.

   *AM Block is three periods and includes Bible, Math, Science, English and Social Studies.


The first installment is due on  July 15, 2020.

Tuition is paid prior to the remaining three installments, and is due on or before the following dates:

2nd Installment -   Thursday, September 17, 2020
3rd Installment -   Thursday, December 3, 2020
4th Installment -   Thursday, March 4, 2021

NOTE: Tuition and administrative fees can be paid online via credit card or E-check and will be subject to a convenience fee.

Checks can be sent by mail but must be received or postmarked no later than the stated due date. Checks should be made out to Northpoint and can be mailed to 7399 N. Shadeland Avenue, #290, Indianapolis, IN 46250.



Tuition does not include the following:

  1. Annual Enrollment Fee.

    A fee of $150.00 is required to hold your student(s) place in a class(es) and is non-refundable. This enrollment fee is PER family and PER program (Elementary/Intermediate and Middle School/High School) and is payable at the time application is submitted. These fees are non-refundable.

  2. Administrative Fee.

    A fee of $100.00 is due each quarter. This administrative fee is PER student. The first installment is due with the first tuition payment (July 15, 2020) and the remaining installments are due with each subsequent tuition payment. These fees are non-refundable.

  3. Facility Fee.

    A fee of $100.00 per family is due with the first quarter installment. This fee is non-refundable.

  4. Textbooks.

    The purchase of textbooks is the responsibility of each family. Required texts are listed in the Course Descriptions.

  5. Other Classroom Materials.

    Teachers may require other materials, such as notebooks, calculators, etc. See Course Description for details.

  6. Lab/Supply Fees.

    Some courses may require additional lab or supply fees. These fees are detailed on the course description. These are to be paid, in full, with the first tuition installment. These fees are non-refundable.

  7. Study Hall Fees.

    Middle school and high school students have the option of enrolling in a maximum of two study halls per day at a charge of $200.00 per study hall, per year, payable in four(4) installments of $50.00. This is to be paid at the time tuition and administrative fees are paid.
    There is no study hall available for elementary and intermediate students.

  8. Early Termination Fee.

    If a student withdraws from a class (after the first two (2) weeks of that class), an early termination fee is required. One hour and one and one-half hour classes require an $80.00 fee; AM or PM blocks require a $120.00 fee. This fee is due at the time of withdrawal from the class.

  9. Late Fees.

    If tuition and/or administrative fees are not received by the stated due date, a $25.00 tuition late fee, per class, PER WEEK and a $10.00 administrative late fee, per student, PER WEEK is to be included in the payments.  This fee is accrued per week of non-payment until payment is made in full. Class attendance may be denied until all fees are paid in full.
